- Applicant User Manuals cover a wide variety of topics related to the use of CTO Stream, the web-based application system. If you are a new CTO Stream user it is recommended that you begin with the “Getting Started” guide.
- QuickGuides provide brief step-by-step instructions on how to perform specific tasks within CTO Stream.
- Applicant Tip Sheets provide more general guidance and information on how to make the most efficient use of the Streamlined Research Ethics Review System.
- CTO also strongly recommends that new CTO Stream users register for the “Introduction to CTO Stream” webinar (see below).

The workflow outlines each button that will advance the review forward and which steps will result in the application form being return to the research team for modifications. We recommend all users to refer to the workflow when conducting a review through CTO Stream.
